Prices
DJC Electronics work hard to ensure that prices quoted and technical specification information is correct. In the unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display old pages from our site which are stored in your own computer's memory from previous visits - it is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our web site to see the current prices and goods available.

Security
We realise that the internet is based on trust so we make security our number one priority. Our commitment to this will remain prominent for the future. Your credit card details are processed through PayPal, which is extremely secure. At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection.

Delivery
You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them. If any goods are received faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.

Deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail. We are unable to give instructions to the delivery staff with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will unfortunately not be possible.

DJC Electronics give several delivery options for customers as they progress through the cart with their order. Some delivery options come without a tracking number, and others do. We would recommend all customers using a tracked postage method. Should a customer choose not to pay the little extra to upgrade to tracked, and an order get lost by the postal service, DJC Electronics cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery.

General
All pictures on our website are the best indication we can give of the original item and are for illustration purposes only. From time to time the manufacturer may make small changes to the design of a product. Due to this, the item/items you receive may have small differences to the picture displayed on the website. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All software purchased from djcelectronics.co.uk cannot be returned after fourteen days unless it is found to be faulty.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. Stock levels are accessible on the items page. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

All products available from DJC Electronics are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee.

All prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added through checkout.

Prices shown exclude VAT at 17.5%. This figure will be shown as a separate element on your Invoice.
